very true, many communitys are going the organic route, especially gardens, you know organic food is increasingly expensive.Another thing that we need to adress as a community is DIET.
You can't have a healthy mind with a polluted body.
My strong suggestion would be to go "all natural" when it comes to food. And put down the sugar and pork black people. It completely destroys you, both mind and body.

We have engaged discussions about the world/local news,African mythology/Black Nationalism,the arts, business/investment and from sports to relationships that affect the Black communities. You and anyone who would like to join are welcome.
I realize this site hasn’t been an African American forum since 2006, if you scroll to that year you will see when it all changed and it will never change back. So do you wait for change or do you change your surroundings and create what's best to change you. This was the only reason I return back to this site to give black members another option. I just had to switch my strategy up by posting and allowing them to announce my site that I added to my avatar. ;)

Answer 1 - definitely -{the idea} "would definitely help with the problem of [Africans in America] supporting [our] businesses.
Answer1: Well we all know that as the years go by our society is getting more technologically advanced. I didn't write that article, but you have to admit that would definently help with the problem of blacks supporting black businesses
Answer2: Whether those black businesses support depends on if their in a black community or black majority town. I do not belive in going somewhere just because someone looks like you. I do think it would be hard for them to sacrifice and only the most dedicated would do that.
If i had the resources to makethe app i'd do it and then that the apple company would accept it. If not I could make a website that does the same thing.
Answer 2 - I was not suggesting we relocate to open businesses. In fact, if we are astute to "Americanism", we would not even stress ethnicity. Our mentality would only be to compete while improving the communities we live. It is a must we hire persons who are qualified who look like us and live in that community but we should not exclude based off of superficial reasoning. Especially, if the community we are serving, we are not the majority or near the majority. If we do, we immediately exclude potential customers which is not a formula for financial existence for the long term.
We can compete without assimilating or taken on the mentality of the majority group. If our businesses did, our people would support them. To receive love, you must be able to give love.

When it's all said & done....We as BP will slowly begin embracing what the creator initially had set up for us. We may stray but the laws of Nature along with Time will bring us all back. All these things happenin' now are suppose to happen & reinforces the system we're currently under is "inferior" to the system ORIGINALLY set up by our Creator. This is Satan/The Devil/Hades whatever you want to refer to 'em as world now....hence all the world wide corruption & the breakdown of families, men, women & our children. I see more, more people are embracing & going to natural route on a lot of things which will always be far more superior since all things natural were created for a purpose while most man made was created for profit.
